About

Why this site exists

PMS gets waved off a lot — as something to just push through. We built this as a straightforward reference: what's typical, what's not, and what people actually reach for to feel better.

What we do

We organize PMS information by cycle phase and by symptom, and point to products people commonly use for each — heat therapy for cramps, magnesium for mood and sleep, and so on. Some product links may be affiliate links, which can earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you.

What we're not

We're not doctors, and nothing here is a diagnosis or treatment plan. If your symptoms are severe, sudden, or getting in the way of daily life, please talk to a doctor or gynecologist — especially if you think you might be dealing with PMDD.
